Terms of Engagement

All consulting engagements are governed by a written statement of work, proposal, or master services agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and assumptions.

Fees are payable to the agreed schedule. Additional work outside the agreed scope is chargeable and requires written approval. Client responsibilities include timely access to information, stakeholder availability, and decision-making input necessary for delivery.

Deliverables are provided for the client’s internal use unless otherwise agreed. Intellectual property ownership, licensing rights, and permitted reuse are defined contractually. Either party may terminate in accordance with agreed notice periods and material breach provisions.

While recommendations are based on evidence and professional judgement, implementation outcomes depend on factors including client execution, data quality, and external conditions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as agreed in contract terms.

Confidentiality obligations apply to both parties. Data processing terms apply where personal data is handled during delivery.
